Coaching Ministry in the Latinx Community

Coaching is a process by which one person accompanies another through an intentional and directed relationship, which facilitates their walk and leadership in their life and ministry. In continuous coaching sessions, this relationship enables concrete actions that leaders develop according to the priorities and challenges they face. In an atmosphere of trust and confidentiality, leaders gain a better understanding of where they are, where they want to go, and how to get there. The ELCA offers a coaching training system accredited by the International Coaching Federation.
