The Ecumenical Leadership Academy
The Academia Ecuménica de Liderazgo Academy is a Latinx Lay Leadership School that offers courses for the formation of congregational leaders. Leaders are trained through a catalog of available courses, and these leaders, in turn, train the members of their congregations. The teaching format is agile and participatory.
